It is very important to do everything that your doctor and physical therapist tell you to do including your exercises. Using both a knee CPM machine and doing your recommended exercises will enhance your recovery while also reducing your pain and swelling. You never want to feel pain when using the knee CPM machine. If you do, decrease the range of motion until you no longer feel the pain. Your goal is to feel a light stretch at the end range of motion points. This will help reduce pain and swelling while increasing your range of motion.

Excellent Product + Excellent Service
Called to order this machine in advance of a knee procedure. The representatives were fantastic in handling my order. They followed up multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Setup was simple and the machine itself works great. They even offered a contact on nights and weekends should we ever have any questions! I would order from Medcom again anytime I needed a device.

Wonderful
After having a major patellar tendon tear followed by surgery and 6 weeks in a cast, I felt normal PT was not doing enough to return my leg to normal. A friend told me about the CPM machine so I researched and found the Medcom Group online. I had the machine in two days and started using it for 2 hours a day. My insurance would not pay, but it is well worth the extra money to feel more range on my muscle in a faster time frame than before I had this machine. The nice thing about it is that you can start out on a lower angle when the muscle is stiff and gradually edge the degree of the angle up during your workout. Before the machine, my foot couldn’t touch the floor. After one week of workouts and PT, my foot goes right to the floor when I sit down. I still have a ways to go, but the improvement is obvious. Medcom Group has called multiple times checking on me. You can’t find a better or more professional company to work with. I live in Texas and they are located in Colorado, but the ease of dealing with them would make you think they are located next door to me Highly recommend!

This machine was a miracle. After my Open repair of my Gluteus Medius tendon, I had a lot of swelling and pulling on my incision, after 2 hours on the CPM there was a noticable difference in the swelling and decrease in my incisional pain. I have been a Nurse for 27 years and I will add the benefits of using a CPM for surgical procedures of this type.

Excellent Service!
The PT at our local hospital was supposed to order the CPM for me (weeks prior to my surgery). The Friday before my Monday surgery, she told me she could never get hold of anyone. I called that day and had the CPM machine the next day. These people are great
